What can you do differently this week to improve your overall health?
Here are some of my favorite wellness rituals:
1. Have a cup of warm lemon water first thing in the morning or before bed…or both!
2. Get moving to kick start your day! Wherever you are, whoever you are, do something to get your body movin! My favorite way to get my blood flowing? A barre class!
3. Get 7-8 hours of sleep. I love a good meditation session before bed to help me fall asleep with a sense of calm.
