If I could recommend one small change to incorporate into your daily routine it would be to have one smoothie a day. It’s the easiest way to get lots of good fats, antioxidants + leafy greens into your body quickly.
1/2 banana 1 cup of coconut water
1/2 cucumber 1 tsp almond or peanut butter
small handful of blueberries or raspberries
handful of spinach
dash of cinnamon
(sometimes I add spirulina, plant based protein, or maca)
